One Case at a Time.

JOSHUA “JAY” WESTON

PARALEGAL

BACKGROUND

Serving as Military Police in the 101st Airborne Division in the United States Army, Mr. Weston learned to use his compassionate nature with his newly acquired skills to seek justice for those who have been wronged. In 2018,

Mr. Weston was a vanguard in fighting for the recognition of World War One servicemember of five minority groups (African-, Asian-, Hispanic-, Jewish-, and Native American) who may have been denied the Medal of Honor due to their racial or religious background through the Valor Medals Review Task Force. Now Mr. Weston seeks to fight against injustices faced by the injured and help to provide comfort, security, and results in their personal injury cases.
